UPDATED: You will be able to order DVDs at the conference registration desk during conference for $37.25 plus tax. You must pick them up by 1:00 pm Sunday.
For 2010, we are using a new method and process for conference audio. Instead of individual audio CDs for each workshop, attendees will be able to preorder a single DVD containing the Friday and Saturday sessions and workshops in standard MP3 format that can be played on your computer or transferred to your MP3 player, iPod®, or other portable music device. This new process will dramatically reduce YOUR costs and simplify our delivery process. No more time spent picking out the sessions you want to buy, you’ll get everything on ONE disc.
The following sessions will NOT be recorded:
- Thursday Sessions
- Sunday Sessions
- Keynote Speakers
- Pam McCutcheon Sessions
- Read & Critique Sessions
- R&C "X" Sessions
- 1-2-3 Sessions
- Pitch Practice Sessions
The price of the DVD is $27.95 with $2.05 Colorado Springs Sales Tax, for a total of $30.00 for CONFERENCE ATTENDEES ONLY. The sale of audio recordings is by PRE-ORDER ONLY. For those who register for conference AFTER February 27, there will be a check box on the registration form, and $30 will be added to your total registration costs when you check the box. For those who have already registered before February 28, you will receive an email with a special link to place your preorder. ALL DVDs will be available for pickup at the Conference Registration Desk on Sunday Morning (April 25). If you order a DVD and will not be able to pick it up on Sunday, you must deliver a postage-paid, pre-addressed, CD Mailer to the registration desk no later than Saturday afternoon.
How to order:
To pre-order your Sessions Audio DVD, just select "Audio DVD $ 30.00" in the appropriate box on the registration form. $30.00 will be added to your calculated conference total.
If you registered BEFORE March 1, 2010, you received an email on March 1 providing a link to order the DVD. If you registered BEFORE March 1, 2010 and did not receive that email,
